A Settlement has been reached in the class action lawsuit against YES Communities, LLC (“YES Communities”) concerning a data incident that occurred between December 9 and 11, 2024, in which YES Communities experienced a system breach during which hackers targeted and accessed Defendant’s network systems, some of which contained Private Information.
